At the end of 2000, Veronika underwent her first of two breast implant surgeries.
At the beginning of 2004, Veronika surprisingly underwent her second breast augmentation.

At 18, in Prague, her ambitions were behind the camera, working as a photographer. Afterwards, she turned to nude modeling. Her original pseudonym was Eva, but due to a production error, her real name was accidentally published; at that point, she dropped the pseudonym. Zemanová has appeared in a number of U.S. and U.K. pictorial publications (notably Playboy Special Editions and Mayfair).

Zemanová married in the autumn of 2003 to a man who Zemanova said was "the first real guy who cared more about my brains and less about my breasts" and retired from modeling. She came out of retirement in 2003, looking more mature with enlarged breasts from D to G cup. Which marked the second part of her career, which ended in 2020.

Zemanova's lesbian scenes were all softcore or simulated. Her only hardcore scenes would be in a scene called "Handpuppet" where an unidentified man in a black latex glove finger fucks her. The other would be in a 1998 German porn movie called "Schulhofmoesen" where she gives a man a handjob and lets him titty fuck and finger her. He then jerks off to her while she masturbates. This was considered an early "Holy Grail" of porn on the internet around the time she exploded in popularity as an adult model in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

A low-budget British Independent film, Zemanovaload, about a man (played by Ed Byrne) obsessed with the model, was released in 2005.
